  • The word "vireo" originates from Latin, where it means "to be green, verdant, youthful vigor." In Latin, the word captures the essence of vitality and vibrancy, symbolizing the energy and liveliness of youth. This concept of being green and full of vigor has been carried forward into the name, representing my commitment to promoting a healthy and balanced lifestyle. The vireo is also a species of green songbird, one of which is native to Central Texas.

    Notice how the logo is a “V”, in the shape of leaves representing my commitment to nutrition, and in the formation of a bird. Thanks to the design team at MODIntelechy for that awesome and creative logo!
