Say goodbye to generic exercise programs. At Vireo Fitness I specialize in designing personal training and fitness routines targeting your health needs. Sessions are held in person at the Vireo Fitness studio located at Midtown Commons in the Crestview neighborhood or virtually.

I help my clients develop routines they can enjoy outside the studio as well. For example, exercise snacking can be a great way to stay active during the day and between sessions.

Coaching

Through lifestyle coaching I guide and support my clients in making positive and lasting changes in their lives. I help my clients identify their personal and joint goals, develop and implement strategies for reaching those goals, and overcome obstacles that may be standing in their way.

I have helped many clients discover more about themselves through coaching, for example, I can help you create a personal nutrition philosophy statement.

Nutrition

Maintaining a sensible, realistic diet is crucial to getting and staying healthy. A growing body of research shows that adopting a more whole food, plant-forward diet can have a significant, positive impact on your overall health like improvement in cholesterol and mental health.

The Vireo Fitness studio offers clients a private, personal space for their training and coaching sessions. Conveniently located in central Austin, TX, this modern, newly finished, and impeccably clean facility is equipped with everything you need for an effective workout. It is complete with a demonstration kitchen and meeting space.

Private changing and shower facilities are available with cruelty-free, vegan toiletry products.
